I have a 18.6 Seaswirl 1851 with a 2004 Yahama 115 and the problem Im having is when trying to get up on plane the prop will go to spin hard, engine rev up but not push boat any harder might even slow down can back off and re throttle and play with trim and it finally get up on plane, the trim is far enough down to start with so i think it has plenty of water, the prop on it now is a Powertech 3886881970
