Power tilt for Honda 15 hp

Just purchased a new Honda 15hp w/elec start. After using it several times, I’m finding it’s heavier to tilt than I thought. I’m told you can purchase a Power tilt accessory to update the motor after purchase but can’t find any info on it. Can you help?

There are some aftermarket trim/tilt units but I haven't seen one for a small outboard like the 15. The ones I've seen for larger outboards are pretty pricey.

There are some YouTube videos of some guys making their own out of 12 volt powered linear actuators like you would see used to turn an old, giant satellite dish.

But it's bound to be a complicated build depending on your skill set, how your boat's transom is configured and what the hull is made of.
