Selva 400 Sport 25HP outboard repair. Please help!

Hi everyone

I have a 25HP Selva 400 Sport Outboard engine for my island hopper boat. The engine block and "cylinder head" (cylinder head doesnt have oil and coolant holes present like car engines do) were warped and so needed skimming (resurfacing to 10 thousands of an inch). This is complete. However I need to place the crankshaft back with con rods and piston.
I have a piston ring compressor ready but the problem is the way the con rod is attached to the crankshaft. It is not in two sections like a car engine but a wrist pin just like how a piston head is attached to the con rod. Please find attached photos for reference.
How do I detach the con rod from the crankshaft to allow 'piston reinsertion into cylinder' process (and subsequently how to reattach con rod to crankshaft.) Any help you can give I shall be thankful for!!!

Well----You need to find a shop that can press the crankshaft apart .----Replace the rods and bearings.---Then press the crankshaft together again.----Your local outboard shop may be able to direct you to such a shop.
