We have a 3.0 Volvo Penta engine in a 17 foot Glastron 2004. The fuel pump has been changed, intake-exaust gasket has been changed. I put an overhaul kit in the two barrel Holley carb. Then had a carb shop check my work. He said the accelerator pump was not set correct.
A local boat repair guy has rechecked the carb and many other items. He is the one that found the leaking gasket.
Test run in the lake yesterday, still stalling oner 2500 RPM. Stalls with slow throttle movement or quick throttle forward.
Second thigh. The previous owner had the fuelpump replaced. I found a 1/8" composite space that looks like it should go between the fuelpump and engine.
