I have a 2013 F90 that has 90 hours on it and it will not make more than 3800 rpms while in gear, loaded. When I run in neutral it will make 5400 easily. I have replaced all the plugs, the fuel line, cleaned injectors, checked the anti syphon valve. Today while underway I unscrewed the fuel cap thinking there may be a vapor lock, it did not help. Plus I checked the bulb and it was not firm. I am wondering if the high pressure fuel pump is malfunctioning or if y’all can think of something else to check? Also, a little history, I just bought the boat, when I tested it it ran fine. We did the compression and leak down check and they were great. Plus, there no faults stored.
