Battery Switch Fuse keeps blowing

I went to start my 343 v8 motor the other day. I turned on blower and lowered her in the water. Put key in ignition and when I turned the key nothing happened. No noise. nothing but the blower motor went off. I realized after doing some testing the 200 amp fuse on the battery switch blew. I though that's a big fuse to blow from a bad switch or bad fuse! So I put the new switch and fuse in and turn on the accessories and yep everything was working great. So now the true test. Put the key in the ignition and hoped for the best. Yep it blew the fuse again when I turned the ignition to start it. Ok so now what? I assume its a bad starter or Solenoid? Is there any one who might know what else might be blowing a 200 amp fuse at the battery switch when I turn the ignition to start it? I am thinking of switching out the starter and solenoid but I am getting way beyond my limited expertise on this issue. Anything else it might be?

Help!
