hi all, just today bought my first boat with a GT20 johnson 2 stroke, does anyone know the mix ratio? in litres i’m in australia
cheers

A GT200 would have oil injection.----If bypasses you add 1 litre of oil to 50 litres of gasoline.----Install a new water pump impeller before using the motor !

7F2B24C4-3633-44E2-8DEE-57B047427769.jpeg model #BJ20SRLEDA, it is an actual model there’s an old thread on this forum about the difference between 20 and GT20, from australia too, and i’ve seen them on ebay etc before

Ever hear of a "Holden".....? Sure wish I had one here. Going back to see you folks someday soon. I run 100:1 Amsoil Saber in all my "Worktwins". Make sure never any ethanol.....it's poison for outboards.....any small engine, or collector, as far as I'm concerned. Nearly 1/2 of all my repair here in Northern Minnesota, is ethanol related. MN is one of 7 ethanol mandated states here in the USA. Why? We are huge corn producers. Ethanol is being "shoved down our throats".

ED are the date letters indicating a 1996 model

B indicates that it was made in Belgium

R indicates that is is a rope start model

L indicates a long shaft model ( 20")

S ...... ??? Special styling I reckon ( its not a sail version I guess) Special paint job or extra go faster stripes perhaps

The recommended fuel mix will be 50:1 using a TCW3 certified oil
