On my boat I started seeing this alarm while I start my boat. It doesn't always turn on and it doesn't matter if the engine is warm or not- it will turn on for maybe 10 seconds before it goes off (if we put the boat into gear). If we turn off the engine on the change it does beep, it does fix it almost 100% of the time. If the alarm goes off and we keep it in idle, I think the beep goes on forever.
Still, this alarm might show up 1 out of 20 starts.
Can someone shed some light as to what this alarm is and what I should be looking to do to fix this?
