Minn Kota Powerdrive V1 board replacement

Hi everyone. I received a version 1 Minn Kota Powerdrive from someone for free. To spare details I know the pedal is good but the board just makes an audible click.

Someone removed a v1 board from their Powerdrive but it has a different part number. Will this one work?

If you haven't already, I would do a little troubleshooting to make sure it isn't an issue with the motor or wiring. The click is normal when the pedal is activated. Is this a 12 or 24 volt model?
