With reference to the Suzuki wiring harness within the boat, there was a red & black (small wires say 1.5mm2 or 16AWG) running from the helm suzuki harness down to the back of the boat to the battery.
Im wondering what the function of this power supply is, considering the outboard itself is supplied with power from the 2 heavy cables from battery to outboard. I believe helm engine harnesses normally get power from the outboard power supply.
Gotta work out where to re connect them.
