I just got thru rebuilding a 115 which was underwater. Engine turns on, but I would like to fine adjust the idle timing and the throttle timing, but I don't have the OMC Analyzer needed to do that correctly. I read a post from JoeReeves where he explains the throttle part, but there Im not sure if it also pertains to this 2003, 115 Engine, and he does not reference to idle part which I need to do as well, as I had every since piece disassembled.
