No voltage to vst Mercury 2006 60HP-why

Cannot get vst power. Used volt meter to check and no volts at Vst connector.
Engine will crank, tilt, trim work, but no power to VST.
Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

Had same issue. Mine was bad relay. You three, have one for up trim, one for down. Third relay is for VST power, very easy to fix on my 60HP Bigfoot
