Hi all have an issue with spark on the lower cylinder not firing and timing is sitting at 40deg atdc. I messed around with the linkages and somehow got everything running spot on,7 deg atdc idled great didn't stall when i put it in gear. So i then tried to adjust the safety start lockout and now it's back to firing on the top cyl only no matter where i adjust the timing advance lever. I swapped wiring at the coils and plugs leads to the different cylinders and the issue followed the wiring change so the coils seem to be ok. Should the motor run with the trigger switch disconnected on the top cyl only or not run at all.
