Hello. My Tohatsu 6 horsepower outboard was recently submerged in fresh water for about 2 minutes. About an hour after the mishap, I was surprised that it actually started. After that it's sat for about 3 weeks. When I checked the oil it was cream-colored so I obviously got water in the oil. I change the oil put in a new spark plug but I still can't get it to start. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.
