Serial #5112447. Getting this old girl water ready after sitting for a few years. As far as I can tell the steering cable works fine. It does squeal a bit on the backside of the console when turning the wheel either direction. Perhaps some 90 weight back there will help? Once I get idle and throttle cable set where it should be, do I need to worry about it coming out of adjustment, due to stretching from age?
Haven’t looked yet but if I do need either cable, hopefully one of the vendors here can source them?
