Torque Lbs for Head Cover Bolts

I'm replacing the head gasket to my 1995 40 HP Force 2 Stroke outboard and need to know what is the Torque specifications to tighten the bolts.
I've search the internet many places and can't seem to find the Lbs of torque I need to tighten the bolts. Can someone please help me.?
 
225 inch pounds.18# For the head.
70 inch pounds for the cover(water passage) bolts
Start at 12# then 15# end at 18# for the head.

Stagger the bolt pattern.

After the motors ran for 8-10 hrs.
Re-tuorqe the bolts.
 
Just bought a 16' Bayliner with 1995 Force 40 HP 2 stroke and needed to change the head gasket. I took off the cover no problem and now while putting back together found three bolt hole are stripped. Can I use a bit longer bolt as a quick fix so they tighten or do I need to drill a larger hole and fill with repair inserts.?
