Having an issue with my 1983 MFG Caprice. OMC v6.
The tilt stopped working. I keep it docked. I hear a clicking noise when trying to move it down and when trying to move it up it sounds engaged but it is already fully up. I cannot find any videos on how to check the hydraulic fluid or how to add fluid (i read this may be the issue).
Any help or suggestions? I'm a new boat owner and I suck at it. I have a video if anyone is willing to watch it to hear the noise made when trying to engage the tilt.
