Hello, new here to forum. I have a 20hp mercury that has been sitting for years and want to get going. Will still start but will probably need carb cleaned but my issue is the throttle knob is tight and doesn’t want to move cable going to carb. Wondering what my first steps should be to figure out if problem is from cable in tiller handle or the part inside cover. I don’t have manual yet to look at so any help would be greatly appreciated and
