2004 225 intermittent alarm and check engin

Boat ran fine but started making this alarm at idle. If I turned the motor off and back on it would go away but return only at idle. Any ideas? Someone said O2 sensor but said maybe water in exhaust causing it to fail out. Boat and motor are new to me this year
 
Only the right most light is luminated and the beeps are long not short. Thanks for the docs, Ill pull codes and see what I get. From reading possible;le issues it seems most are related to alternator or water in separator. I have a a code scanner for auto will this work or do In need a special marine code scanner?
