Super hot motor, need your.help

Hello,

I have a 1997 Mercury 150 EFI outboard. I struggled to get motor cooler. I did install new thermostats, water pump, and impeller in lower unit. It still goes hot and pissing stream is super hot! Need help!

Did you also replace the poppet valve?

It might be seized closed severely restricting cooling water to the powerhead.
