Hi I have a v135 90 model and I am doing head and manifold gaskets. I tried to look up what the white strip is between the exhaust ports and should I replace it. T bottom looks to have pulled a out but top looks to be home was hoping the manifold will squeeze it back in. Thanks in advance
 
Clean the recess good, spray down with brake clean and let dry. Use a couple of dots of red RTV at top,middle and bottom to hold it in place, and reinstall divider.
 
Thanks for that was playing on the brain , are the head bolts stretching bolts? Can they go back in also left two washers on head when I took it machine shop are they any old washer ?
