2000 Johnson 200HP V6 Ocean Pro

I've developed a bit of a stumble at mid-range RPM durring acceleration and when throttling down as well mainly between 2k and 3k rpm. Engine idles great and at max rpm 5300 she runs great as well....I'm leaning towards ignition timing vs throttle position but if someone can chime in with an idea that would be great. I performed a link and sync in the spring and rebuilt all carbs and super cleaned all orifices including calibration pockets and jets in the throttle bodies and have successfully done this before with no issue last rebuild was 8 years ago on all six. Also left a very small gap between the cam roller and throttle linkage as mentioned in the service manual and the clear sleeve is present on the linkage. My carburetor needle settings are where there is no lean sneeze at idle at about 7 turns.
