I purchased this and having a hard time getting it to start. It’s been setting for 2 years we cleaned the injectors replaced the fuel filters and blowed the lines out. It will start for a split second then shot off. If you manually give it gas it will start but run rough. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Examine the intake area around the idle control solenoid. You will see the solenoid bolted to the intake, and you should see a fairly large rubber hose plugged onto a nipple located very close to the ICS. If you can, just unplug that rubber hose. The rubber hose is about 3/16" inch ID. It is probably the largest diameter hose in that area.
Try start. If it starts, plug hose back on while running. It will probably stall.
This may be the problem: That hose must be plugged into the manifold nipple and the other end of the hose must be open to the atmosphere (not plugged into anything).
Someone, when getting the engine ready, may have mistakenly plugged up the end that should be open.
