I have the following issue. The buzzer goes off when the throttle is barely pushed past idle speed. I can putt around at about 1 mph but never any faster. I have replaced the thermostat and impeller. The motor has water coming out the pee tube. When the buzzer goes off the light bulb of the temp warning and the check engine light up. When I throttle back the check engine light goes out but the temp warning light stays on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
