Water leaking out of lower leg

98 Johnson 200 J200cxecm, wasnt sure how to title this, just changed waterpump, after starting, seems like a lot of water is coming out of the seam where the lower unit meets the leg. the pee stream seems good, am i overthinking this?lower leg.jpg
