I have a 1977 35 hp Evinrude..electric start, console. When the motor is running, if you touch the motor, you get a shock. I have looked for loose wires/bad wires and do not see anything. I am using a keyed controller/shifter I just got that plugs into the motor as it did not have one of those before. This is the first time running the motor. Also, the motor does not stop when you turn off the key and the emergency kill switch does not turn off the motor. Any ideas?
