Intermittent alarm and check engine light

I had an intermittent alarm and the check engine light come on today for the send time.
It doesn’t happen every time I run the boat but happens under the San scenario.
I run the boat out the harbor 5mph 10 minutes then run 4000 rpm for 5 minutes then wide open for 20 seconds, back in harbor 5mph to slow idle then the alarm.
If I run the boat for fishing as in 37-4200 for 30 min then trolll idle whatever no alarm.
Any help appreciated.

so I was having trouble with the code blinks I think.
i think I got codes, 13,16,21,24,25...
there is not a 16 on the list.
Let me know what you guys think.
My main harness from key to engine had been spliced at some point
so there may be some issues with that.
 
They are probably stored codes. Clear them as described in the document I posted. Run engine until it alarms again. Then pull the codes again to see what the main cause is.
