Oil to gas mixture for 1989 E15elcec

I am having trouble getting my motor to idle and I am using 50:1 mixture is this the right mixture. I seen on line that I should use 100:1 after break in.
 
The 100::1 is a blunder made by company management !----Run your motor at 50:1 -----Do some trouble shooting to see what is wrong.-----Start with a compression test.
