[FONT=&quot]I have a 320 ce-b cat motor and am shopping around for exhaust manifold and elbows. Does anyone have any options for o.e.m. besides Volvo Penta Store? Does anybody have any idea how long they last in brackish water? Thanks in advance.[/FONT]

Depends.... are the manifolds raw water cooled or is there a heat exchanger? Some systems with heat exchangers are "partial" in that the engine is cooled with antifreeze, but the manifolds are raw water cooled....in others the manifolds are also cooled by the antifreeze.

Elbows... these are always raw water cooled. I've gotten 6 seasons on OEM MERC Dry joint elbows in salt water. NO idea how the cat converter ones do... relatively new technology.
