I’m looking to find out if a seal is needed on the driveshaft just above the water pump housing. I’ve taken apart three different units and non of them had one, but looking on YouTube some have a seal there. I bought a rebuilding kit that came with gaskets, impeller, o rings, stainless plate and a keyway.
Im not sure where the two large o ring go.
