I am having a tilt/trim issue with my 2005 outboard. I have tried to replace the tilt/trim relay and the tilt/trim limit switch and still wont work. The motor to the tilt/trim sounds like it is getting power but still won’t move. I have tried to release any air out of the hydraulic screw.

Any other thoughts?

If you can hear the pump run but no tilt then either there is not enough hydraulic fluid or the pump is kaput. Make sure that the cylinder is full of fluid before giving up on the pump and if it's real low then you have to see where it went.
