Is this 4,3 Gxi-M runnig as it should?

Just bought a boat with a 4,3 Gxi-M engine.

I think I can hear a high tone noise and sometimes on start it dies at once.
Then i let the starter runs just a bit longer and its OK.

I´ve heard about failing fuelpumps....

If someone with experianse could whatch this clip I´d be glad.
I think it not runs as smooth as it should??

If my writing is bad It´s due to me beeing swedish (living up north in sweden)

From the sound of it I think its the bearing on the adjuster pully or the idler pully
Från ljudet av det tror jag att det bär på inställningsskivan eller tomgångsskivan
