Evinrude 115hp 1982 long shaft v4 E115TLCNB

am getting no spark down cylinders when looking back of motor right hand side,

how do i test for voltage i got a DVA reader for meter ,

the stator voltage should be each side when i crank engine what? AC is it 150 either side?
do i probe the brown wire and brown stripe brown wire being positive from stator stripe negative?

i will start with this ... already went through ohms readings they seem ok.

tracing the volts back from stator now..
 
That wont cause it to have no spark..just to wrong cylinder. No spark on a bank is either: no output from stator to pack on that side,timer base output on that side, or pack
 
if the stator was bad would it not output spark to anyside?

ok what volts am i reading either side of stator should i get? what wires to test on timer base as they are 4 i think
 
AC right?

my meter only reads up to 300 volts ac or dc i have a dva adapter says u plug it into meter input ports ground and ohms volts BATT side that right
