After a few minutes of running, the motor intermittently bogs down and loses power. Have changed gas and plugs so far and still loses power. Idles great and doesn’t lose power at no wake or slow speed. Any suggestions? It’s currently at a shop with a 3 week waiting list. Trying to get some help on what I may be able to fix myself. I’m just concerned that the shop won’t be able to diagnose without actually putting it on the water to find the issue and that is a $300 charge before any work is ever done.
 
Replace all the fuel filters.
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?
Do have a timing light?
Do you have a service manual?
 
Ok. I’ll change the filters next. No fuel pressure gauge, timing light or service manual yet. Just got the boat this year and have had no issues until now.
