lost spark on # 5 cylinder. no spark either when cranking or with engine running the 5 cylinders

Eliminated th spark plug, high tension lead from coil. Checked green wire from coil to cdi for continuity. Good, no breaks

Question is what are odds its cdi/switch box or trigger coil ?

Tonight I'm going to swap the cdi/switch boxes and see if issue goes to the other side

just an update to my post.

Last night I swapped the 2 cdi boxes front to back.
the issue stayed the same, no spark same cylinder

Thinking pulser/trigger coil as opposed to the stator ?
