1977 Evinrude 85 horsepower intermediate fire but runs great once started

1977 Evinrude 85 horsepower I got have been sitting a couple years. I bought you spark plugs and clean the carburetors out. I bought a new primer bulb and hose connections from the gas tank. Put a new fuel pump assembly on it as well. I'm getting intermediate Spark but if I fire starting fluid in all cylinders it will start and run great until it cuts off. I tested the rectifier and it tested good and I disconnected the kill switch circuit to see if it could possibly be a bad connection but it did not help. I know I need to pull a flywheel and test the satyr and the magnet contacts but any advice would be good

No need to pull flywheel to test stator and sensor coils !!----I would load test your battery and take the starter motor apart for inspection !

Don't I need a special tool to add to my multimeter to be able to do load test?

Battery load test. Many auto parts stores will test it for free.

Okay thank you very much. For some reason my brain processed it as load testing ignition box or stator
