19692T01 Pulley Removal

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to remove and replace the 19692T01 Pulley. This pulley interfaces with the water circulating pump assembly. The shaft of this assembly is not threaded and the pulley does not have a lip, so a standard pulley puller can not work. Any help is appreciated.

If has 4 bolt holes per picture in the link, no puller should be necessary unless its rusted on or painted on ... a favorite Mercruiser gotcha...

Ayuh,..... Take the 4 bolts out, give it a few taps, 'n it oughta pretty much, fall off,......
 
The pulley is not fixed, and so I was not successful in removing the bolts. Ill try and keep the pulley stationary with a strap wrench and try again with some more muscle.

Ayuh,..... Put the belt back on,...... Tight,.....
