Idle speed

Well I thought I would ask to verify what should the idle speed should be on my 50BF I thought I read somewhere around 900 RPM. My tach is screwy but I have a tiny tack that will hopefully get me there. I have synced the carbs before but still have some issues [like the flywheel] so I thought I would revisit and see how things turn out.

Ok runs worse with the new/used fly wheel. I worked with the carbs and it sounds like a dead cyl. I know I need to get back into the carbs so here we go. Ill report my findings.
