I was wondering if you can just remove the 9.8 9.9 restrictor without changing the ecu and rely on the Mass airflow sensor and tps on the fuel injection to account for the additional fuel and air. We have a 16 foot Jon boat with added goodies and a floor and need a few more rpms to get on top of the water out of the hole.
