1986 Nissan 70 HP Tilt Locked

Buying boat for a good deal but motor locked in lowered position. I could not find the manual release. Can anyone help with the location? Thanks.
 
Year is irrelevant. What is your actual model? Is it power tilt? If not, there is a lock lever on the port side of the transom bracket.
If power tilt, there is a release screw on the pump. You can DL your manual from tohatsu.com for full info.
