Just bought a 2000 Four Winns 248 Vista. The fuel pumps were making a loud whining noise and I replaced both the high and low pressure pumps. Now it will barely start and hold idle. Spikes to 40 psi and dies. Before I replace the pumps it would idle and go about 2,000 RPMs or 5 ish miles per hour. Help
