Wondering where this hooks up

Hello, I can not for the life of me find where this screws in. Any help would be appreciated, and save what sanity I have left.

with the updated trim pump it goes nowhere, you should have the old style trim cylinders with the new type of trim pump. It was part of the reverse lockout system to lock the drive down in reverse and allow it to be forced upward during a strike
