trying to find the year of my mercury marine serial # 3882348 ,

the labels on the side of the shaft say 20 hp,and 200 on the front of the cowl the serial number is stamped onto a plate on the mounting bracket, but when i try to order any parts the reply back is wrong /bad number # 3882348 also what year is it
 
racerone thanks that's awesome and it runs great but when i try to order parts from marineengine.com they say its a bad number is there something Im missing ?
