I have a problem with my idle air control valve. I replaced the valve but still have a problem. The valve is not closing properly but I checked for voltage and I have 12.6 volts dc with key switched on. I have tried performing a IAC test with my Rinda scan tool but it fails. Any one have a schematic diagram they could send me. Does it ground the IAC through the computer? Their is a lot of air coming out around IAC port and idle rpm is 1000 rpm. Boat was running fine then it died. Brought it home and had a fault for IAC valve. Boat ran same with old IAC valve installed after clearing the Ecm code!
