Suzuki df20at powertrim problem at full speed

Hi all, is here anyone that can explain how the powertrim should operate. If I use 3/4 Throttle the powertrim works great, but if I have full throttle I can only trim down, up only moves some mm then stops. But if the motor is stopped, and I put the the lever to full throttle then it works fine, up and Down all the way. Is this som kind of feature that is normal? If not normal, does anyone have any idea what's wrong?

I haven't checked, but I suppose it's enough since it works with no problem when driving at 3/4 throttle and also when standing still at full throttle 🤔.
I will however check it tomorrow. But if theres oil missing,, shouldn't there be problem all the time to raise the engine,, and not only when it's full speed and wide open throyttle
