Yamaha 25SH Cooling

Hello: I recently acquired a 1987 Yamaha 25SH outboard. I had never run it or seen it run before so I am not at all familiar with it. Where does the cooling water discharge? I started it and I saw water coming from a hole at the back of the shaft. (Please see the picture that I think I attached.) Is that the cooling water discharge on this outboard? If not, can anyone please tell me where the cooling water discharge is? Thank you.

Main water discharge is thru prop. Other areas of discharge exhaust relief(where you pointed),lower mounts,water pump indicater,joint between gearcase and midsection.
