Looking for help diagnosing a problem!?

My f225 (2007) will stall after idling for about 20 minutes. I can jump back and pump the ball real quick and save it from stalling but most of the time she cuts off before I can. After I pump ball she starts on first try and will idle fine for another 20 or so minutes before cutting off! She runs perfect all day on anything above 1100 rpm’s?

The only thing i have changed since this started is; Had 100 hour service, replaced both batteries (however concerned that both are bad as voltage ranges from 12-12.4 volts and never above) and filled tank with E85 fuel last month.

any advice or thoughts from you guys that know these engines would be greatly appreciated!

I could ask why it's idling so long but I won't. Sounds like your fuel pump isn't doing it's job at the idle speed it's at, compare idle speed to spec.
