TNT E130DSLSE Rod Leak

The TNT rod is leaking. Noticed a plastic collar that had separated and was pushed to the top of the rod travel.

The rod is clean, not rust or pitting. The unit is trimmed full down for storage. The boat has been used 3 times in the last month with no issues.

The parts diagrams in this site do not show rod seal parts.

Is this a dyi job or serviced?

Would it be better to take the boat/motor to dealer for service or just bring in the TNT?

From what I see, it appears the TNT only connection to the unit are the pins in rod clevises to the motor and the bracket. Are there more items to remove?

Thanks, Mike

Their is an o'ring seal kit,not listed. Need special tool to do it correctly.no need to remove .tnt assembly i dont have seal kit # in front of me,will post tomorrow.

O'ring, seal kit 5008985, 185$us. Remove/install tools 218$us. Strongly recommend you have a shop that has the tool do it.
If you cut a seal or o'ring on install, you buy another seal kit!
