I have new plugs and coils are firing cleaned the carb and for life of me i can not figure out why one of my cylinders are not firing. And leaving the plug with a white wet residue on it can anyone please help me.

Blisters on the insulator tip, melted electrodes, or white deposits are signs of a burned spark plug that is running too hot. Causes can include the engine overheating, incorrect spark plug heat range, a loose spark plug, incorrect ignition timing or too lean of an air/fuel mixture.

Do a compression test. Post results?
Change the plugs, then test for spark. Post results?

What cyl. is white? The middle one?
Middle cyl. could be the fuel pump is bad and needs a rebuild?
Check the fuel for water?
