No spark 1999 Johnson 3.3

Hey guys, I have no spark on this 1999 Johnson 3.3. How do I test these ignition parts #6 and #8 ??

What kind of meter are you using ?-----Charge coil should show 610 ohm plus/ minus 60 ohm.-------Sensor coil usually is about 50 ohm.

I have a Innova 3320 multi meter set to ohms. So not getting a reading on the sensor coil does this mean its bad ?
 
I have the part finally arriving tomorrow, I took it apart today and found the ground to the sensor coil was cut in half by the flywheel ! I noticed there are several little lines on the bolt hole to the coil sensor and there is one line on the motor mount hole, What line on the sensor coil is this supposed to line up with the motor line ??
